- All bookings require a non refundable deposit of £25 per room payable by credit/debit card.
- Balance can be paid by cash, cheque (payable to Burleigh Guest House) or credit/debit card (additional cost of 50p per transaction).
- Cancellation Policy
a. Bookings cancelled up to 5 days before the date of arrival will not be charged.
b. Bookings cancelled with less than 5 days notice will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the first night in addition to deposit paid.
c. All 'no shows' will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the total booking value.
- Check-In is from 12:00pm. If you require an earlier check-in, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
- Check-Out is 10.30am prompt.
- Any breakages or damage to the room/guest house will be charged to your credit/debit card.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the guest house. If you do smoke you will be asked to leave immediately.
