We have a minimum 2 night stay at weekends and 01 June through to 30 September, although single nights may be available at short notice. Please note that all bank holidays are a minimum 3 night stay.

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of £25 per room payable by credit/debit card or cheque with valid bankers card payable to Burleigh Guest House.
The balance can be paid by cash or credit/debit card.
We accept all major credit/debit cards (except American Express). Please note there is a 3% charge for all credit card transactions.

Cancellation Policy
. Bookings cancelled up to 7 days prior to the date of arrival will not be charged.

. Bookings cancelled with less than 7 days notice will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the first  night.

. Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and ALL 'no shows' will incur a charge  equivalent to 100% of the total booking value.

Check-In is from 12:00pm and Check-Out is 10.30am prompt.
Any breakages or damage to the room/guest house will be charged to your credit/debit card.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the guest house. If you do smoke you will be asked to leave immediately and a further night's accommodation will be charged to your credit/debit card for cleaning costs.
