Availability
All Bank Holidays are a minimum 3 night stay.
We have a minimum 2 night stay at weekends and also from 01 June through to 30 September, although single nights may be available at short notice. Please call to enquire.
Booking Procedure
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of £30 per room payable by credit/debit.
Payment
We accept most major debit/credit cards (except American Express) and cash in settlement of your final bill. Please note there is a 3% charge for all credit card transactions.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation with less than 7 days notice prior to the date of arrival, we reserve the right to charge for the accommodation in full unless we are able to subsequently re-let the room. Please note that all ‘no-shows’ will be charged in full.
Insurance
May we remind you that a booking constitutes a contract and you may wish to arrange Holiday Insurance to cover you for cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances
Check-In Details
Check-In is from 12:00pm on the day of arrival and Check-Out is 10.30am on the morning of departure. Early check-in can be arranged with advance notice, please call to arrange.
No Smoking Policy
We adopt a no smoking policy throughout the guest house, should you choose to ignore this important health & safety policy, you will be asked to leave and a further night's accommodation will be charged to your credit/debit card for cleaning costs.
Breakages
Any breakages or damage to the room/guest house will be charged to your credit/debit card. |
