Burleigh house is situated on Church Walks, Llandudno which is one-way and on a slight incline. Although we have no private parking available there is street parking down the left hand side of Church Walks at all times and between 5pm and 10am on the other side.

The front gate is up one step (6" high) and is 45" wide. The stone path leads to 3 large slate steps (each step 6" high / 54" wide) then the front door which is 41" wide.

The guest lounge is on the immediate right (door width 31") with the dining area to the left. There is a real coal fire in the lounge straight in front of the door. This is lit most evenings in the winter months.

We have no ground floor bedrooms; all our Guest bedrooms are situated on the first and second floors. We are happy to help guests with their luggage.

We have a Guest Toilet on the left hand side in the entrance hall (door width 29").

Stairs to the first floor are split into two parts. Both flights have 8 steps (7" high / 29" wide / 10" deep). This takes you to the first floor landing which accesses Guest Rooms 1, 2 and 3 plus the communal toilet/shower room. NB: Room 1 also has a further set of steps down to the En-Suite shower room (3 steps 7" high / 29" wide / 10" deep).

Stairs to the second floor are also split into two parts. Both flights have 8 steps (7" high / 29" wide / 10" deep). This takes you to the second floor landing which accesses Guest Rooms 4, 5, 6 and 7.

No lift is available on the premises.
