Breakfast menu as plenty to choose from and is top of the range food .The B&B is situated in a nice area not far from the pier ,and shops and bars just a little further on. I have been staying here every year for the last 18 years I wouldn't go anywhere else and I say give it a try you won't be disappointed

  Excellent place to stay - Can highly recommend Burleigh House. The location is ideal for the shops on Mostyn Street, pier and tram station all within minutes away. Lots of nice places to eat... read more nearby. My room was front facing, very clean and so comfortable and nicely decorated. I had everything I needed. The breakfast was amazing. The best breakfast I think I have ever had. Steve and Julie were so welcoming. Recommended places for me to go and how to get there by bus. I would certainly go back again. I have told all my friends and family what a lovely place it is. Hopefully I can visit again soon. Would not go anywhere else. Thank you for a perfect stay.

The breakfast was the best we've had in any hotel and plentiful. There was a choice of fresh fruit, yogurts and cereals to choose from whilst Steve cooked whatever you wanted to order. Also offered unlimited tea and coffee. Cannot think of a negative thing to say. Would definitely stay here when we next come to llandudno. Very friendly owners Steve and Julie have a gem of a guest house.

We stayed in Room 1 this time which has a super comfy bed, a lovely big bathroom (down a few stairs) and as always is spotlessly clean. Little things that show the attention to detail - good toiletries, chocolates on the bed, super fast kettle with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, good hairdryer, loads of plug sockets and mirrors.

We were looking forward to Steve's famous breakfasts again and it did not disappoint. Quality produce is used and it is all cooked to order. Julie runs front of house ensuring you have everything you need. There is an excellent choice of fresh fruit, cereal, juices, muffins etc as well as a choice of hot breakfast. I had the smoked salmon and scrambled egg on a bagel, and a full cooked breakfast the other days, both were delicious.

Burleigh House is in a superb position in Church Walks. It is within easy walking distance of all Llandudno's attractions - the pier, the promenade, Great Orme and it's tramway and cable car, as well as being a great place to base yourself to see more of North Wales. It is also close to numerous bars and restaurants.

We visited Criccieth and Harlech Castles this time and also tried a newly opened restaurant one night called The abode - excellent place!
